What data do we collect and why?

At the Carpathian Institute of Finance, we don't play at spying. We only collect data that you provide yourself by filling out the form on this site. Usually, this is your first name, last name, and phone number or e-mail address. We do this for one simple reason: we need to know who to call back to talk about CNC machine leasing or a loan for hall construction. Money dislikes a mess, so we keep order in the papers from the start.

Additionally, our server saves standard logs, such as your IP address or the type of browser you use. This is pure technical information that helps us ensure the site works without errors and loads quickly on every phone. We do not buy databases from external companies and never sell your contacts to dream merchants. Your data reaches us via a secure, encrypted SSL connection. Access to it is restricted to only 3 people from our office on Krupówki who actually handle your financing application.

Your rights to data

You have full control over what we know about you. At any time, you can call us at +48 18 201 20 33 and ask what information we have in the system. You have the right to correct errors – we know that in a rush on a production hall, it's easy to mix up a digit in a phone number. If you decide you no longer want to cooperate with us, you can tell us to delete all your data. We will do it without unnecessary questions within 48 hours of your request.

We operate in accordance with the EU GDPR regulation, but we write about it in human language, because law should protect your company, not create piles of useless papers. Remember, however, that if we are in the middle of arranging machinery leasing for you, deleting the data will automatically stop this process at the bank. Your consent for contact is voluntary. If you change your mind, just send a short e-mail to biuro@karpacki-instytut.pl. Facts matter, so we respect every decision regarding your privacy.

Security and cookies

We use so-called cookies, which are small text files your browser saves on your disk. Thanks to them, the page loads about 1.2 seconds faster on your next visit, and we know which articles on our blog are most useful to you. We do not use cookies to track you across the internet or show you ads for shoes you don't need. If cookies bother you, you can disable them in your browser settings in less than 3 minutes.

Regarding security – we use modern digital safeguards and regularly update our systems. We know that finance is a sensitive topic, so we take care of your data as we do our own money. We don't send spam or harass you with phone calls on Sundays. Our advisor will call you back within 2 hours and 15 minutes of reporting, but only about matters you asked about yourself. Credit is a tool, not a burden, which is why our communication is always based on specifics and mutual respect for time.
