Effective financing is mathematics, not pretty words

I founded the Carpathian Institute of Finance in September 2016 in Zakopane. My path to finance didn't start in a glass office building, but in production plants in Podhale. For 7 years, I observed how a lack of cash for a new machine hindered the development of local firms. I decided to change that. Facts matter, not promises. By December 2024, I helped finance exactly 487 machines and devices for industry.

In my opinion, credit is a tool, not a burden. If a new laser cutter pays for itself and still leaves a profit, then the financing was a good decision. I don't deal with consumer loans for vacations. I focus exclusively on concrete equipment for production companies. I know how to talk to banks to get a decision in 44 hours, not two weeks. I respect your time because I know that production downtime costs the most.

At work, I apply a simple principle: I tell it like it is. If your balance doesn't allow for leasing at the moment, I'll tell you straight to your face and suggest what we need to improve in the documents over the next 3 months. I don't stretch reality. My success rate in obtaining financing is 96.4%, which stems from a very thorough verification of the application before sending it to the bank.

We have our office on Krupówki, but I spend most of my time with clients in production halls. You don't have to come to Zakopane for us to start acting. Most matters are handled by phone and email, and we sign documents at your company. To be honest, I prefer the roar of working machines to the silence in the office.
