CNC and Woodworking Machine LeasingInvestment Loans for Hall ConstructionRefinancing of Equipment PurchasesSale-and-Leaseback for Companies

Experience in numbers

I have been working at the Carpathian Institute of Finance since September 2017. During this time, I have finalized exactly 432 leasing and credit contracts for production company owners. My job is to ensure an entrepreneur can buy a new machine without arguing with the bank over every comma in the documents. In 2024 alone, I helped activate financing for 37 projects, the smallest being 84 thousand zlotys and the largest 2.47 million zlotys.

How I work

I don't play around with unnecessary talk. When a client calls, I ask about financial results for the last 23 months and the purpose of the purchase. If I see the application has a chance of passing, I say so immediately. If the bank might cause problems, I warn about that too. The average time in which my clients receive a preliminary decision from the bank is 46 hours. Facts matter, not promises, so I compare every offer in 4 different institutions so that the installment doesn't consume the company's profit.

  • Preparation of an operating leasing application in 1 business day.
  • Creditworthiness analysis for production hall construction.
  • Help in valuing used machines imported from abroad.

My approach to finance

I believe that credit is a tool, not a burden. If a CNC machine for 600 thousand zlotys is to stand empty, I advise against financing it. I select leasing parameters so that the equipment earns its installment and leaves money in the owner's pocket. In March 2024, I pulled a carpentry shop near Nowy Targ out of a debt loop by turning 3 expensive working capital loans into one cheaper loan secured by the hall. The monthly cost of debt service fell there by 3,420 zlotys.

I work in the office on Krupówki, but I'm often in the field because I prefer to see the client's machinery park with my own eyes. This helps me better understand how the company earns money. Sometimes I refuse to cooperate if I see the planned purchase is too risky for the company's liquidity. Honesty builds trust, and my clients return to me on average every 14 months for further development funds.

A small tip: Before talking to me, check if your company is not in arrears with taxes at ZUS or the Tax Office. Even a small arrear of 120 zlotys can block the bank process for 2 weeks.
